Custom Production Line Operator

Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite | 40 Hours per Week

Position Summary

PATH is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custom Line Operator to join our Custom Program team. This entry-level role supports the production of custom-branded PATH bottles by operating and monitoring equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring customer orders are produced accurately and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing high-quality products, and wants to build a career in manufacturing and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment used to produce custom-branded aluminum bottles.

• Load materials and monitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Perform quality inspections to verify graphics, print quality, and product specifications.

• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.

• Identify and communicate equipment, quality, or production issues to supervisors.

• Assist with setup, cleanup, and basic maintenance of production equipment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Support team members and help meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Basic computer skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.

• Ability to work safely around production equipment.
