Reports To: Order Management Manager
Location: On-site in Montebello
Compensation: The hourly rate for this role starts at $28.00 per hour and will vary depending on experience.

About the Role
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through delivery for major retail and distributor accounts. This role partners closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Inventory, and Traffic teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and compliant with customer requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and helps ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement through fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end order process from receipt through delivery for retail and distributor accounts.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and within required timelines through EDI and customer portals.
Review vendor compliance requirements and ensure operational alignment with retail guidelines.
Monitor open orders, inventory levels, and production schedules to maximize order fulfillment and prevent stockouts or delays.
Partner daily with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to resolve order issues and ensure on-time delivery.
Allocate inventory based on availability, production schedules, and customer requirements, including shelf-life and compliance rules.
Oversee shipment scheduling and ensure alignment between production readiness and freight pickup windows.
Create and manage shipping documentation (e.g., pick tickets, BOLs, packing lists) and ensure timely order release to the warehouse.
Track and resolve order discrepancies, shortages, and chargebacks in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Maintain accurate order tracking in ERP/WMS systems and ensure visibility across the order lifecycle.
Support onboarding of new retail accounts by reviewing compliance requirements and ensuring system readiness.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance order accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain (CPG or Food & Beverage preferred).
Experience working with retail customers, distributor portals, and EDI systems.
Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and inventory management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
