Supply Planner
Location: On-site in Montebello
Reports to: Sr. Demand & Manufacturing Manager
Compensation: The base salary for this role starts at $75,000 and will vary depending on experience.

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive supply planning professional to support inventory flow, production planning, and material availability across our supply chain network. This role will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to help maintain inventory health, support production schedules, and identify supply risks and process improvement opportunities.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include supply planning, inventory monitoring, reporting, maintaining planning parameters, and supporting S&OP initiatives, new product launches, and supply optimization efforts.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain short- and medium-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and production schedules
Monitor network inventory levels and recommend adjustments to prevent stockouts or excess inventory
Partner with Procurement, suppliers, co-packers, and internal teams to ensure timely material availability
Track production performance, capacity constraints, and supply risks, escalating issues as needed
Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement
Maintain planning parameters (e.g., lead times, safety stock, order quantities) within planning systems
Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on supply status, inventory health, and service performance
Support cross-functional initiatives, including S&OP, new product launches, and supply optimization
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or inventory management (CPG or beverage industry experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis
Familiarity with ERP or planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
