Reports To: Vice President of Sales – Foodservice
Location: Central time zone preferred (to support West, Central, and East Coast teams)
Compensation: $75,000 base salary + bonus

The Role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Account Success Manager to join our Foodservice team. This role is a critical partner to the Foodservice Sales organization, focused on elevating the customer experience and supporting existing and new accounts through strong follow-through, coordination, and service.
The Account Success Manager will enable the sales team to concentrate on relationship building and growth by managing operational execution, onboarding, and ongoing account needs.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with sales managers and cross-functional stakeholders to support day-to-day sales operations for key Foodservice customers
Coordinate documentation for new customer setup, onboarding paperwork, and customer-specific requirements
Create internal purchase orders and coordinate PO updates with the Customer Service Representatives (CSR) team
Submit and track samples for customers and tradeshows
Support the Foodservice sales team with administrative and operational tasks that enable both daily execution and long-term growth
Manage Salesforce CRM pipeline support, including tracking leads and preparing activity reports
Increase sales productivity by simplifying workflow and coordinating renewal terms
Identify opportunities for process improvement and scalability; provide consistent feedback and recommendations
Contribute to the evolution of account success practices as PATH continues to scale
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or business operations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, balanced with flexibility and adaptability
Proven experience owning end-to-end sales processes and tracking performance through the sales funnel
Project and program management experience preferred
Comfortable working in an early-stage, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
Ability to produce accurate work quickly, with strong follow-through and clear communication
Agile, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Experience in CPG, Foodservice, and/or National Accounts strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with third-party platforms such as Slack and Salesforce
