The Role
Senior Director of Operations – Montebello, CA (Full-Time)
PATH is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead all aspects of our operations and manufacturing, with additional oversight of supply chain and financial reporting functions essential to business planning. The key focus of this role is to ensure a safe work environment for our team while consistently delivering high-quality products.

This role is based in Montebello, CA, and requires up to 20% travel.

Compensation: Base salary starting at $175,000 plus performance-based bonus

Responsibilities:
Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration that supports PATH’s scaling objectives.
Establish and implement standard operating procedures to drive consistency and efficiency.
Oversee manufacturing, logistics, quality, and demand planning functions.
Manage relationships with co-manufacturing partners to ensure seamless collaboration and operational success.
Take ownership of the P&L and operational budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities, implement robust planning processes, and deliver against financial targets.
Develop and execute operational strategies to meet organizational performance goals.
Design and implement systems, processes, and dashboards to track and improve operational KPIs.
Monitor, measure, and report on key operational issues, opportunities, and performance metrics.
Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage the interface between demand and supply planning to ensure seamless execution.
Oversee month-end inventory responsibilities, including reporting and reconciliation.
Assist with financial planning and reporting, including forecasting, tracking, and operational analysis.
Lead cross-functional teams and initiatives to drive collaboration and achieve company-wide goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate education preferred.
5–7 years of experience in the beverage, food, or CPG industry.
Proven experience driving operational efficiencies in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage suppliers, vendors, and third-party relationships effectively.
Expertise in managing production processes to meet customer demand while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
A positive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to anticipate and address challenges before they escalate.
