Under his guidance, PATH has achieved significant milestones, such as reducing waste by over 436 million single-use plastic bottles. Shadi's mission goes beyond providing premium water; he is dedicated to tackling the plastic crisis, promoting environmental education, and advocating for choices that emphasize reduction and reuse.

Prior to founding PATH, Shadi was the CEO and Co-Founder of Exumme, a tech hardware start-up successfully acquired in 2014. His professional journey also includes consulting and private equity roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and Abraaj Capital.

Shadi's diverse talents extend beyond the boardroom. A standout academic and athlete, he completed high school-level math in middle school through community colleges while excelling in sports, including college soccer, competitive swimming, Junior Olympic fencing, marathon running, and training in Shaolin martial arts at the Shaolin Temple in China.

Shadi graduated Summa Cum Laude from George Washington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance and Economics); he consistently made the Dean’s List and was recognized as a Board of Trustees Scholar.
